Where would I put my work

If I put my work out there I would have to put a basic warning notification/message at the start of my animation, in order to allow those who are viewing to be pre-warned about its content.

I would put my work on websites such as Youtube and Vimeo and also some film/animation websites in order for it to get more attention.

Audience For Final Animation

The general audience for my FMP are:

  • Those who are older - 16+
  • Both Genders
  • Those that are interested in the genre of horror

Where I started and where I am now

  • Before this course I had never used digital techniques in order to create work, I did not know about a lot of animation types and studios/people, I did not know how much work is put into a small and short animation.

What I have achieved so far

  • 14th April - I have become more proficient with rotoscoping, gained better knowledge on time scale, how to use references to make my work better.
  •  21 February - How to use Anime Studio 9 to create effective animations, how to use research to benefit my work.

Feedback

I had a tutorial with staff over skype and here is my feedback:

  • Work more into my final animation
  • Make sure there is no black background
  • Put all relevant information about my FMP at the top of my blog (Name, Project Title, Link to final piece, Project Proposal, Bibliography, Timetable, Health & Safety and Glossary)
  • Check out Adobe Creative Cloud + Batch Processing (automate)
  • Add my rotoscoping practices
Reflective
  • Reflect more on my animations
  • Reflect on audience
Toolkit

  • Talk about what I've achieved so far
  • Evaluate where I started from and am now
  • Tools used to create each animation (Learning how to use different size brushes etc)
  • Screen shots of my process in editing (Can then reflect)
